RV1 and RV1+ have different listed batteries
Revolt’s specifications page lists a 2.2 kWh battery and 100 km IDC range for the RV1, compared with 3.24 kWh and 160 km for the RV1+. Identify the exact model rather than using RV1 and RV1+ interchangeably when requesting diagnosis or parts compatibility.
Use information for your exact pack
An RV400 repair example does not establish which work is appropriate for an RV1. The actual pack identification, symptom, condition, and available capability need checking. A manufacturer-claimed range figure is not a diagnostic result or a guaranteed commuting distance.
Start with the symptom
Describe what changed: charging behavior, displayed warnings, a sudden loss of power, or a change in range. Include your approximate model year and whether anything unusual happened before the issue began. A symptom helps guide the conversation; it is not an internal diagnosis.
Confirm compatibility first
Revolt is the business’s current brand focus. The exact pack variant, condition, available repair capability, and parts need confirmation. This model guide does not advertise that every battery version or fault can be repaired.
A clearer estimate
Ask what diagnosis includes, what it costs, and how you will approve any proposed work. A repair estimate should identify the scope and limits, the tests included, and the written repair terms. Check manufacturer warranty coverage before independent intervention.
